Research background
CJC-1295 (without DAC) is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). Unlike the DAC version, this form lacks the Drug Affinity Complex modification, resulting in a shorter half-life more similar to endogenous GHRH pulses, making it of particular interest in pulsatile secretion research.
Preclinical studies have investigated this compound's interaction with GHRH receptors on somatotrophs and its downstream effects on IGF-1 signalling cascades.
